Can I purchase products online?

We currently do not offer online purchasing. We will be adding online purchasing capabilities within the calendar year. Please check back soon.

In the meantime, you have the ability to add items to your Wish List for quick and easy access to products you wish to purchase in-store. You also have the ability to print out your personalized Wish List for reference.

Your Wish List

A Wish List allows you to save search results of products that you are interested in for future reference when returning to or for purchase at your local Source For Sports®. It also allows easy access to desired items without having to browse the entire website to find them again, and the ability to email or print these items for reference. At a later date, products in the Wish List can be added to your Shopping Cart to complete your online purchase.

Note – You must create a Profile in order to save items to your Wish List.

Will all products be available for online purchasing?

No, not all products will be available for purchase online. Once online shopping is active, will initially offer hockey and goalie products for online purchase and continue to add other sport categories and products that are more commonly found across most of our stores.

A number of items will not be eligible for online purchasing due to manufacturers restrictions. Other items may be too large or too expensive to ship. Products available for online purchase will feature an “Add to Cart” button.  Those products not available for online purchase will show an “In-store only” message.

Do all Source For Sports® Stores sell all the same products and sports categories?

No, each Source For Sports® store is independently owned and operated and sells products and sports categories that meet the needs of their local communities. To find out which sports categories your local store sells, click here.

My local store doesn’t carry all the products available on Why not?

Each Source For Sports® store is locally owned and offers products and sports categories in which they have expertise. Some stores have limited space and are only able to showcase the products best suited to their markets.

Why can’t I find all the products sold at my local store on the website? features the sports categories and products that are more commonly found across most of our stores. Your local Source For Sports® store may specialize in sports that are unique to that market, which are not common to most of our stores across the country.

How do I know what size I am?

While we do offer sizing guidance on, it is just a guide and cannot guarantee a proper fit. Why do you need to know my location?

Because our stores a unique we would like to make it easy for our customers to find the equipment they need close to home. By sharing you location with us we can pin point the store closest to you that sells the product that you are interested in, even if the store in your local community does not sell it.

Finding a Product Online 

How do I find out more information more about an item I’m interested in?

If you would like to find out more information about any items found on, click the product itself to access the Product Details page. This page will provide a detailed description of the product.

How do I find a specific product I’m looking for?

There are several ways to find the product you are looking for on

  • Enter the product name, supplier, or UPC code in the Search field located at the top of the page
  • Browse our various product categories by clicking the links found on each page
  • Refine your search results by using our sorting tool to help narrow your search

If you cannot find a desired product online, contact your local store for product availability. Just because you cannot find a specific product online does not mean it is not carried by your local store. Products found online are a representation of items carried by most stores who sell any given category.

Are the colours of products on the website accurate?

Yes, the colours on the website are accurate. However, every computer monitor and digital device will display colours differently depending on your colour setting and monitor calibration.

Gift Cards

Can I purchase gift cards or gift certificates online?

No, currently gift cards are not available for purchase online. Once online shopping is available, you will have the ability to purchase gift cards online.

Can I redeem a gift card online?

We currently only accept major credit cards as payment for online purchases. Gift cards may only be redeemed in store.

How do I unsubscribe from getting email updates and newsletters?

To unsubscribe from email updates and newsletters click on the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email. You can also unsubscribe at any time by logging into your profile and updating your preferences.
